Designer Partnership Agreement

1. Grant of Rights
Designer grants Celovus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, and sell designs on physical products (posters, jewelry, apparel, drinkware). Designer retains full copyright and may sell same design elsewhere.
2. Revenue Share

3. Payment Terms
- Monthly settlement within 10 business days
- PayPal transfer (Designer provides account)
- Minimum payout: $50 (rolls to next month if below)
4. Design Standards
- Source files: Figma / .ai / .sketch with editable text layers
- Export: 300dpi PNG/JPG for print, 72dpi for web
- Color profile: CMYK for print, RGB for digital
- Bleed: 0.125" on all sides for physical products
5. Prohibited Content
- Copyrighted images or trademarks
- Explicit or adult content
- Political messaging or hate speech
- False scientific claims
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, existing inventory may sell through with no new production. Final payout within 45 days.
